Yate Town midfielder, Matt Britton has joined Southern League Division One South side Portishead on loan for one month, to try and get some playing minutes. Matt, who scored the winning goal in the home match against Basingstoke in late November, last appeared for the Bluebells when coming on as a late substitute on 27th December, during the win at Evesham and has now recovered from a recent injury.
Matt has started 14 times for the Bluebells this season and made 10 substitute appearances, after signing from Tiverton Town last summer, scoring one goal.
