Yate Town FC are pleased to announce that Oli Jenkins’ loan period from National League South side, Weston-super-Mare, has been extended until the end of the season.
Jenkins has made 18 starts this season, plus one off the bench, scoring the late winner against Plymouth Parkway at the end of September. He has operated in both midfield and full back and the photograph shows Oli Jenkins in action at Evesham at the end of last month.
Yate Town assistant manager, Paul Tovey, was pleased to secure Jenkins for the rest of the season saying, “We are really pleased to get this sorted ahead of a busy January period and thanks to Scott Rogers and Weston who have agreed to extend the loan. Oli has done really well for us, showing his versatility by playing in several positions and is an integral part of our squad. We look forward to continuing to help him develop his game throughout the rest of the season.”
