Yate Town are pleased to announce the signing, on loan from Bristol Rovers, of young defender Charlie White and midfield player, Charlie Moody.
Charlie White spent a short time on loan to the Bluebells last autumn, starting twice and making two substitute appearances. White was previously at the academy at Southampton and has since spent 4 seasons at Bristol Rovers and earned himself his first professional contract last summer. White has regularly trained with the senior side and made his first appearance on the bench against Crawley Town in a Carabao Cup first-round tie back in August 2022. He has also been out on loan to Southern League Premier Division South side Poole Town.

Charlie Moody (pictured below) has just signed a professional contact at Bristol Rovers. The midfielder served as captain of Bristol Rovers U18s last season and has been part of Darrell Clarke’s first-team squad during the pre-season schedule so far this season.
Moody joined Bristol Rovers at eight years old and climbed through the ranks of the Academy, reaching the U18s and captaining the youth side last season.
A short loan with Cribbs followed in December 2024 for Moody, who then played for Frome Town FC on another short-term loan in March 2025.
