On Wednesday evening the Yate Town players visited Vigor Wellness Club on South Parade, in Yate Shopping Centre, where they had some heat therapy and cold therapy (contrast therapy) which helps boost recovery and performance levels as the squad enter the final three games of the season.
The club wishes to thank Tyler at the Vigor Wellness Club for his support as preparations continue for the coming matches over the next few days.
