Yate Town will make the trip to South London this weekend to face third place in the league, Hanworth Villa.
After two games in a row at home, Yate Town are back on the road and will face a difficult test against Hanworth Villa.
The Opposition:
The Villains have made a brilliant start to their 2026/27 campaign. They opened their season with a 2-0 win over Taunton Town and followed that up with a 1-0 victory away at Gosport Borough. Their first and only loss so far this season came to Bath City in a narrow 1-0 defeat.
A 4-1 win on Bank Holiday Monday against Chertsey Town saw Hanworth move up to third in the league.
Hanworth have been brilliant at home so far this season. The Villains are undefeated at Rectory Meadow in the three league games they have hosted this season.
Yate Town currently sit 12th in the league on eight points. After a 3-0 win last time out in the FA Cup, The Bluebells will be hoping to continue to pick up results and move up the table against a Hanworth Villa side in which they have never played before.
