New floodlights to be installed at the South West Interiors Stadium later this month. The new led light units with be mounted onto the 4 existing corner masts with the middle 4 masts not being used. These 4 middle masts will be removed at a later date.
The new LED units will provide better light coverage and a better lux reading all over the pitch. The club have been working with Kingfisher lighting for some time and we’re really excited about getting this project completed so we can move onto the next one. More details will follow, very soon, on what that will be.
Chairman, Mark Thorne, commented, “It’s exciting times in a around the club. In the summer we refurbished the dugouts and upgraded the PA system. Next is the long overdue upgrading of the floodlights and very soon we should be then in a position to release the next planned projects and how everyone can be involved.”
