On Saturday, at the game against Shaftesbury, Yate Town FC held a bucket collection in aid of Bashley player Jordan Chiedozie, who was seriously injured in a road accident on 1st February, returning from their game at Tavistock. The accident has ended his playing career in which he suffered life changing injuries.
The bucket collection raised £291.28 and the club have added to this total and contributed £400 to help Jordan. Everyone at Yate Town FC sends their heartfelt best wishes for the future to Jordan.
Yate Town would like to thank all the fans who gave so generously.
