Akai Bonnick joins the Bluebells on loan from National League side Forest Green Rovers.
Akai joined FGR from Nottingham Forest U16s, joining their academy scholar programme and signed his first professional deal in 2025.
So far, Bonnick has made three appearances for Rovers, with those coming in the National League Cup. The midfielder also played a part in FGR's pre-season campaign, most notanly playign against EFL League Two side Bristol Rovers.
The 20-year-old has also had step three experience, having had loan spells with Alverchurch and most recently Bromsgrove Sporting.
